Easy Biz is a Hong Kong-based online platform ("Marketplace") that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers of businesses, shell companies, and licenses. Easy Biz acts as an intermediary and listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
Easy Biz is not a licensed financial advisor, securities dealer, legal service provider, trust company, or company secretary. We do not:
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Easy Biz reviews listings before publication but does not independently verify every claim. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before purchasing.
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without prior notice.
Browsing listings is free. Listing a business, shell, or license is free. Easy Biz charges a success fee only when a transaction completes, typically 2-5% of the deal value. The fee structure is agreed with the parties before the transaction.

Information exchanged between buyers and sellers through the Site is confidential. Users must not disclose another party's business information to third parties without consent.
Easy Biz is not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Biz's total liability shall not exceed the success fee received for the relevant transaction.
Users indemnify and hold Easy Biz harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Site or their dealings with other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Hong Kong courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
